What's not to love about a pile of cute "purr-balls"? Please welcome the newest addition to the the Apple Dumpling Family...5 (maybe 6) little bundles of purrrrrfection. Yes, little Skippy (aka Roly Poly Skipoly) gave birth to these sweet little balls on Friday, April 27, 2007 sometime early afternoon in the garage. She, of course, had to do it her way and didn't have them in the nice clean nursery we created for her...oh no...she decided the give birth beneath the old dirty bright yellow fringed garden umbrella (see photo).
Skippy did, however, decide the accommodations weren't suitable and moved them to her custom made cottage (aka cardboard box) complete with soft baby blankets and faux-crystal tower (aka Culligan water bottle). Momma and babies are all doing nicely. Fat, happy and I am as always in love with them all. I will try not to bore you with too many photos...say...next week. :)
